Knanaya Catholic Youth League (KCYL) is the official youth organisation of the Archeparchy of Kottayam. It was formally inaugurated in the Diocese in 1969 by the late Bishop Mar Thomas Tharayil. Now it has become an international organisation with units in different countries of the world. 

United Kingdom Knanaya Catholic Youth League (UKKCYL) is the extension of KCYL in the UK, uniting all Knanaya Catholic youths under one umbrella. UKKCYL operates as the youth sub-organisation of United Kingdom Knanaya Catholic Association (UKKCA) aimed to preserve and practice the traditional values and identity of the Knanaya community in the United Kingdom.
